S&A's Transpread Spreader           If you are looking for an extremely accurate spreader that can broadcast a wide assortment of materials in a consistant pattern up to 100+' in width, regardless of ground speed changes, then S&A's Transpread spreader is the perfect machine for you. This incredible machine was computer designed to generate an airflow pattern that disperses the fine material into your pattern, rather than making just a big cloud behind you and the larger particles flying haphazardly to the sides.

Features           A standard Transpread spreader comes equipped with a stainless steel hopper and twin spinner assembley, dual or single axles matched to the spreaders size, and a seamless heavy duty conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is ground driven off the tire to eliminate inconsistencies in the spread pattern due to change of speed. The belt also eliminates the pulsation effect generated by bar and chain delivery systems. The spinners are hydraulically operated, keeping the spread pattern at the same width reguardless of speed changes.

Operation           The rate of delivery is controlled by raising or lowering the tail gate and by shifting the conveyor drive box between high and low gear. You can have the hydraulics operated from the tractors hydraulics, allowing you to change your spread width in mid operation. Although this unit has so many advanced features, its price is very competitive with other spreaders that offer far fewer features.
