S&A's drive-over belt conveyors           S & A is proud to present our DBC Series Drive-over Belt Conveyors which are a virtual necessity when a customer needs to unload truckloads of fertilizer in an enclosed building with no room to maneuver a standard belt conveyor. These belt conveyors quickly make themselves indispensable to those who use them.

Features           Our drive-over belt conveyors have a heavy duty stainless steel construction, and 24" self cleaning 150# crescent top belting with stainless steel lacing. With an 20 horsepower air cooled 2 cylinder gasoline engine, these units have power to spare. They are also constructed with a 4" high, virtually indestructible drive-over table with fold up flaps for material containment. The top mounted gas engine, hydraulic pump, and variable speed controls make these units very easy to maintain. Options include stainless steel elevator, hydraulic lift and self drive, down spout and chute for better material control and custom dimensions. There are many options that we haven't mentioned, so let us know if you have a specific need in mind, because we have the ability to customize belt conveyors to fit the customers specific needs. Operation The drive-over table makes it a snap to unload a truck, because all you have to do is position the loader, and drive the truck over the drive-over table until the trailers unloading door is aligned with the center of the belt, flip up the flaps, start the conveyor using the 12 volt starter, set the speed you want, (often all the way up, and why not!) and you can unload up to 150 tons of fertilizer per hour! (based on a standard unit with 24" belting, and a 20 horsepower engine). Especially on the larger units, the optional hydraulic lift and self drive setup really makes things easy! Just press the lift lever to raise the unit onto its wheels, and maneuver the unit where you want it! No more having to get 5 guys together just to reposition your conveyor!
