S&A's BC Series belt conveyors           S&A is proud to present our BC Series belt conveyors. We build them with rugged durability, easy maintenance, and dependability in mind. We have 8',10',12', and 14' standard models, with options to modify to suit any customers needs.

Features           Our standard belt conveyors come with a well balanced heavy duty tubular steel frame, a 20 horsepower air cooled gasoline engine which is top mounted for easy maintenance and sized to match the conveyor and a 24" crescent top 150# conveyor belt with stainless steel lacing. Options include stainless steel elevator, hydraulic lift and self drive, down spout and chute for better material control and custom dimensions. There are many options that we haven't mentioned, so let us know if you have a specific need in mind, because we have the ability to customize belt conveyors to fit customers specific needs. With hydraulic lift and self drive!

Operation          The operation of the BC Series belt conveyor is very easy. It has a 12 volt electric starter and a variable speed flow control. Simply start it up and set the speed you want, (often all the way up, and why not!) and you can unload up to 150 tons of fertilizer per hour! (based on a standard unit with 24" belting, a 20 horsepower engine, and constant material feed. A 20" belt with an 18 horse engine unloads about 90 tons per hour.) Especially on the larger units, the optional hydraulic lift and self drive setup really makes things easy! Just press the lift lever to raise the unit onto its wheels and maneuver the unit where you want it! No more having to get 5 guys together just to reposition your conveyor!
